These signs enable ranchers and landowners to satisfy the posted warning requirement for Limited Liability for Agritourism Activities, as specified by Chapter 75A of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code.
These signs also enable ranchers and landowners to satisfy the posted warning requirement for Limited Liability for Farm Animal Activities, as specified by Chapter 87 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code.
Additionally, the sign provides visible No Trespassing notice that entry onto the property is forbidden.
